Recipe

  • 2 ½ cups of water
  • 3 tablespoons of apple sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • ¾ teaspoon of salt
  • 12.3 oz de Mori-nu tofu
  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch
  • 2 cups of quick or rolled oats
  • ½ cup of cornmeal

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in your blender or with a hand blender.
  2. Let the mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Grease your waffle machine if necessary.
  4. Cook until browned.
